Avitoil Synthetic 75W80

High-performance synthetic multigrade lubricant for manual or automatic gearboxes in commercial vehicles, trucks and buses, including gearboxes equipped with Intarder or Retarder braking systems. Meets the key quality specifications ZF TE-ML 02L and MAN 341 Z-4. These specifications allow use in long-haul transport vehicles with extended oil drain intervals.

Excellent thermal and oxidation stability minimises deposits. This lubricant contains a highly shear-stable viscosity index improver to reduce gear tooth fatigue. Smooth transmission operation and reduced noise. Very good compatibility with seals and elastomers. Strong anti-foam performance prevents oil film breakdown. Anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance protect components against failure even under heavy loads. Rust and corrosion protection shields system parts from water and moisture, extending transmission and shaft life. Suitable for use with a wide range of synchroniser materials, including molybdenum, sintered materials and carbon.
