Avitoil ADBLUE

AdBlue is a high-purity NOx reducing agent for diesel engines equipped with SCR technology. SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) uses catalytic reduction, in which a reducing agent (AdBlue) converts toxic nitrogen oxides into nitrogen and water, which are harmless substances.

Features and benefits

Used in commercial vehicles, SCR technology reduces harmful nitrogen oxide and diesel particulate emissions while also improving diesel engine fuel consumption. This SCR technology is used to meet EURO 4, EURO 5 and EURO 6 exhaust emission limits, offering a forward-looking propulsion system in terms of economy, performance and environmental protection. AdBlue can be stored for up to 18 months after manufacture in sealed containers at temperatures no higher than 25 °C (average 20 °C).
