Avitoil Metal Synthetic SS belongs to the group of water-miscible lubricating coolants. Developed from high-quality synthetic substances. Its specially selected components give the product extreme-pressure properties when mixed with water, making it suitable for difficult chip-removal operations. Excellent protective antioxidant properties also permit very low mixing concentrations. Mixed with water, the product forms a dispersion that is especially beneficial in grinding. The coolant's transparency makes it easy to monitor the workpiece. Avitoil Metal Synthetic SS, as a lubricating coolant, is much more resistant to microorganisms than conventional cutting oils. Its service life in both individual-sump machines and centralised systems is therefore greatly extended and above the norm. Contains no substances considered dermatologically harmful.
