Avitoil Metal EV

Oil-free, water-based coolant that forms transparent greenish solutions when mixed with water, rapidly dissipating heat generated in machining and grinding. High transparency makes it easy to monitor the workpiece through the liquid jet. The product is antiseptic, preventing fermentation and dermatitis risks. High wetting power instantly wets abrasive and metal residues. Emulsifiable in all types of water. Does not produce smoke or mist or break down under machining heat. Essential where cooling action is critical, such as machining and grinding steel and ferrous alloys.
