Avitoil Metal EB-M

This water-emulsifiable oil is recommended for all types of machining. It combines the advantages of soluble oil and neat cutting oil. Its formulation includes specially selected components that give the oil-water mixture extreme-pressure properties comparable to non-emulsifiable cutting oils. Its excellent antioxidant properties also allow low mixing concentrations. When mixed with water, it produces a white emulsion with excellent cooling properties and reduces friction between the workpiece and cutting tool, minimising wear. Recommended for demanding cutting conditions and applications requiring excellent metal surface finish, high performance and extended service life.
