Avitoil Grease L1-EP

Lithium grease developed from a mineral base and additives that enhance its properties. An EP grease designed for lubricating all types of mechanism operating under heavy loads and at high temperatures. Particularly suitable for rolling mill bearings, bearings subject to intermittent loads and shocks, and applications requiring EP grease.

Features and benefits

Its EP additives protect mechanisms against wear under extreme loads. Excellent mechanical stability maintains its consistency and keeps it on the component to be lubricated. High ageing resistance prevents grease degradation in service, even over long lubrication periods. High corrosion protection for metal parts. Resistant to water washout. Suitable for centralised lubrication systems designed for NLGI 1 consistency. This grease can be used continuously between -20oC and + 100oC, with occasional temperatures up to 140oC.
