Avitoil Grease L00-EP

Lithium grease developed from a high-purity, high-quality mineral base and additives that enhance its properties. An EP grease designed for lubricating all types of mechanism operating under heavy loads and at high temperatures. Particularly suitable for centralised lubrication on transport and construction vehicles, bearings subject to intermittent loads and shocks, for example in rolling mills, applications requiring a highly fluid, pumpable multipurpose EP grease, and heavily loaded gear reducers.

Features and benefits

Its soft consistency and low oil separation make this grease ideal for pumping in centralised lubrication systems. Excellent mechanical stability maintains its consistency and keeps it on the component to be lubricated. High ageing resistance prevents grease degradation in service, even over long lubrication periods. Its EP additives protect mechanisms against wear under extreme loads. Suitable for centralised lubrication systems designed for NLGI 00 consistency. This grease can be used continuously between -20ºC and + 100ºC, with occasional temperatures up to 140ºC. High corrosion protection for metal parts. Resistant to water washout.
