Avitoil Grease CompleX L2-EP

Lithium grease developed from a mineral base and a series of complex additives that enhance its properties. An EP grease designed for lubricating all types of mechanism operating under heavy loads and at high temperatures. Particularly suitable for high-speed applications where conventional lithium soap grease is insufficient, rolling mill bearings, bearings subject to intermittent loads and shocks, and applications requiring EP grease.

Features and benefits

Its EP additives protect mechanisms against wear under extreme loads. Suitable for centralised lubrication systems designed for NLGI 2 consistency. Excellent mechanical stability maintains its consistency and keeps it on the component to be lubricated. High ageing resistance prevents grease degradation in service, even over long lubrication periods. Resistant to water washout. High corrosion protection for metal parts. This grease can be used continuously between -20oC and + 160oC, with occasional temperatures up to 220oC.
